Are you in a High Deductible Health Plan with a Health Savings Account (HSA)?

If yes, consider this before estimating your expenses: Your FSA participation must be with a Limited FSA only, until such time as you have satisfied your deductible under the High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP). That means until you satisfy your deductible under the HDHP, only Dental, Vision and certain Preventive Care expenses are eligible for reimbursement. Once you reach your HDHP deductible, your FSA will convert to a post-deductible FSA, and all IRS code 213 (d) expenses will be eligible for reimbursement. Please estimate your expenses accordingly, as all unused funds will be forfeited at the end of the plan year.
